- Visbiome is shipped with frozen ice packs to ensure it is maintained at temperatures at or below 26° Celsius. Your product may arrive at or around room temperature, depending on ambient conditions.
- Provided that Visbiome does not arrive hot or is not exposed to excessive heat for more than one week, it will maintain potency.
